Charter Agreement.
The specific terms of each charter will be detailed in the charter agreement signed by both the charterer and Argo Cruising. The charterer will normally pay, in addition to the charter fee and at cost, all fuel for both vessel and tender, and all visited port fees where applicable.
Advanced Provisioning Allowance.
The APA is given to the skipper of the vessel so that provisions for the charter can be purchased prior to the charterer’s arrival. All costs incurred by the vessel which are accountable to the charterer will be deducted and full accounts produced at the end of the charter.
Payment Terms.
Upon signature of the charter agreement, a deposit of 50% will be required to confirm the booking; the balance of 50% will be due 6 weeks prior to the charter commencing.
Security Deposit.
A security deposit will be required prior to the charter commencing to cover any possible damage during the charter. Size of deposit relates to size of the vessel.
Captains Authority.
The captain will always try to comply with your wishes, but his primary concern and responsibility is for the safety of both the vessel and passengers. Your captain will discuss with you all possible alternatives, however when relating to the safety of both vessel and passengers his decision is final.
Smoking.
For safety reasons under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is smoking permitted within the confines of the vessel. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the loss of the security deposit.
Children.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Pets.
No pets are permitted on board.
